  • Workspace details (name/subdomain, settings, branding)
  • Content you add to the Service (projects, tasks, messages, files, time tracking, clients, invoices/quotes)
  • Billing details (payments processed by Stripe; we don’t store full card numbers)

Information collected automatically

  • Usage and device data (IP address, browser/device/OS, pages/features used, timestamps, referrer)
  • Cookies for login, security, and preferences (and analytics if enabled)

Information from third parties

  • Stripe transaction/subscription status
  • Security and authentication events (e.g., verification status, login attempts)

How We Use Information

  • Provide and operate the Service (accounts, workspaces, collaboration, support)
  • Process subscriptions and billing

  • Within your workspace: data is visible to members based on roles and permissions
  • Service providers: vendors who help run the Service (payments, email, hosting/infrastructure)

  • With your direction: when you ask us to share

Security

We use reasonable safeguards such as encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and secure credential handling. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

Retention

We retain data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep certain records for legal, security, or operational reasons (including limited backups for a short period).

Taskoneer is not intended for users under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
